Delivery Time
Handling time includes reflection of payment.
# If direct bank transfer option is selected : up to 2 working days plus delivery time.
# If payment via debit or credit card selected : up to 1 working day plus delivery time.
Blushing Diva uses “Fastway”. We reserve the right to use other means of shipping should we feel the need to. Delivery is subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment – monies for purchases must reflect in our bank account prior to us processing your order.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.Delivery Expectations
Blushing Diva branded Merchandise can take between 15-21 working days as these items are manufactured locally in S.A and production begins once we approve your purchase as processed.All other non-branded merchandise take 4-6 working days to be delivered to the purchaser, if not sooner.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be charged for.
For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by the appointed courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Cancelled orders after 48hours on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs off the purchase price. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received, if our suppliers are out of stock or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Blushing Diva standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the owner .
Delivery Charges may change time to time and this is at the sole discretion of Blushing Diva
