Cancelled orders
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please call our customer service line. While we will make every effort to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please understand that this is not always possible.
How are customers notified if an item is on backorder or out of stock?
If the product that you ordered is not able to arrive to you within the leadtime you were told when placing the order, you will be notified by phone or by email of the estimated ship date. You will be able to let us know either to keep your order active or to cancel the backorder.

What is my billing address?
Your billing address is the exact address on file with your bank or credit card company. It is also the address in which the bank or credit card company mails your monthly statements to.
Is a printed version of the catalog available?
Blushing Diva does not have a hard copy equivalent.
How much does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is free for orders over the amount of R650
Delivery will be R60 for all orders below R650
Can I return my goods?
Goods may be returned if they are not up to quality standards and if they do not fit. Contact:

Do you have an actual store?
No, we only operate online.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment. If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 3-15 business days.
What is your return policy?
1.We accept return for refund within 30 days after delivery date (the date you received your package).
2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits & accessories.
3.Returning courier fee is non-refundable. We will only refund the amount you paid for the clothes but not for services.
How to change my delivery address?
If your order is paid successfully, you cannot change it directly on your end.
Continue to contact online-help and we can help you change the delivery address before shipment.
How do I change/modify my order?
Please note that we can help you modify your order before delivery.>br> It includes changing the size or the colour of an item, removing an item, changing your delivery address. Once your package delivered, we will not be able to change anything.
Must I pay courier twice if I make 2 different orders?
If you have placed two orders at the same time and all the delivery details are the same, we will send the order as one delivery.
